Includes a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials (acts as a surety behind the remodeler's warranty).

A two-year warranty on delivery systems (piping, wiring and ductwork).  This also acts as a surety behind the remodeler's warranty.
 

• OPTION 2* - (1, 2, and 10)

Includes a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials (acts as a surety behind the remodeler's warranty).

PLUS

Includes a two-year warranty on delivery systems (piping, wiring and ductwork).  This acts as a surety behind the remodeler's warranty.

PLUS

Includes ten-year structural coverage on all structural elements.

*Note that both options within this program fully comply with the performance standards in the current contract promulgated by the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) and  the previous TRCC performance standards.

Coverage is provided only for the work included in the remodeling job and is limited to the cost of the remodel.  Pricing is based on a rate per thousand.
